We had the incredible opportunity to support the development of a study, called “FLEX – Flexible Working in Portugal” and its subsequent press release. This study, which showed that the Portuguese had little flexibility in the workplace and showed gender disparities in the work context as well, was widely disseminated as a credible portrait of the conservatism of the national labor market.
In addition to the data resulting from this research, the study also intended to pave the way for the adoption of flexible practices, presenting the main challenges and solutions. Our agency ended up reporting this as the first study funded by Polar Insight, in Portugal, which had a very significant impact in the national context
