The three-day initiative was unfolded in two key moments: brand activation and dinner.
The French investment bank spent two days in Lisbon with the Natixis Bus in brand activation, whose goal was to recruit new people for the skills center located in Porto.
The bus made a strategic route with stopping points to impact as many people as possible, while speed interviews took place inside the bus.
In addition, some goodies were distributed at the door of the Web Summit and near universities. .
A dinner was held with the objective of current and potential employees socializing in an informative and relaxed environment.
In addition to management and planning work, the community building service was also used to attract more people to the event.
FES Agency was in charge of planning and organizing these Natixis activities.
